This is easy to work with very little practice. The order was in stock. I ordered it on Monday and got it Thursday. The instructions said that initially the sponge should be wet. I e-mailed customer service to find out more about that and received a very quick reply. You put it in warm water then squeeze the water out and let it dry. In shipping it is somewhat flattened. The water brings it back to shape.
