You invite your assistants to participate in a bubble gum pulling contest.
Each kid gets a piece of gum which they chew and then pull, to see who can pull the gum the farthest.
They are able to stretch their gum just a foot or two before it snaps. Now the magician gets his turn and to the amazement of all, the gum stretches, and stretches and stretches an INCREDIBLE distance! Over 20 feet!
